6 Cons of Integrity- A Journaling Exercise in Self-Awareness

Definition of Integrity: The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness

To know if you are being true to yourself and others, journal on these prompts:

  • CONSCIOUS- to be aware of what I believe. What belief guides my decisions daily?
  • CONVICTIONS- to know how to stand firm on what I believe. What belief am I willing to stand for even when it’s hard?
  • CONTENT- to be okay with what I believe. What belief do I hold that I’m proud of even if others disagree?
  • CONFIDENT- to know what I believe guides me. How do I remind myself that my belief matters even if others don’t agree or see its value?
  • CONSISTENT- to do what I believe is aligned with my actions. What small daily action can I do that will align with my beliefs?
  • CONGRUENT- to act in alignment with my words, beliefs, and actions no matter the circumstances. How do I ensure that my actions consistently reflect my values, even when it’s tough?
